Question:
Do I need to make an appointment to bring in my computer?

Answer:
No. We use the first come first serve policy. However, you may want to call ahead of time to see how backed up we are.. Our goal is to have all systems back in two to three days. Please understand that some problems take longer to solve than others.


Question:
What is your relationship with Keysource Technologies?

Answer:
Computer Wizards and Keysource Technologies work very closely together, however are two separate companies with different prices and policies. Computer Wizards welcomes all Keysource customers, and encourages our customer to buy from Keysource Technologies at all computer trade shows. We ask that all customers please respect each companies policies when buying from one or the other. Although we work as two separate companies, we will always work together to provide only the highest quality products and service to all of our customers.


Question:
Why is it important for me to have my computer cleaned?

Answer:
Dust, dirt, fur, lint, and other foreign particles attach themselves to your computer’s inner hardware like a magnet. This causes restricted airflow to vital components such as the system processor, power supply, motherboard, and video card causing them to run hot. This will eventually cause those components to fail prematurely, resulting in costly repair bills, or even a new computer.


Question:
I never picked up my computer, What ever happened to it?

Answer:
We wait 30 days after we called with your results from the diagnostic. If we do not hear from you, and the system is not picked up after those 30 days, your computer will be assumed to be abandoned, stripped for parts, and resold. These parts are used to build computers for families with limited resources who cannot afford to pay full price for a computer, or a replacement part to fix a broken computer.
